What I Did:
When I was hired to create website copy for Samantha, her business was operating under the name SWDsgns. Sam needed copy to mirror the modern and trendy vibe of her hand stitched apparel. Sam used the copy I crafted to design an e-commerce shop to house her exclusive designs.

How it Worked:
Sam felt confident that her new website copy fit the vision and mission of SWDsgns and began to sell more e-commerce products than ever before. Then, in 2019, Sam moved her then Cleveland, Ohio-based brand to Brooklyn, New York.
This life transition made Sam reconsider the branding of her business. She began brainstorming ways to pivot her apparel collections to attract a greater audience and relaunched as Heck Studios in early 2021.
Sam chose to keep a majority of her website copy when she relaunched because it continues to tell the story of her apparel and the humans who wear her clothing. Sam is now seeing an increase in site traffic from New York City locals.
